How To Order

     Ordering your headphones from monstrebeatsdrbydre online shop is very quick, simple and secure. We have invested a great deal of time and effort into making sure your shopping experience with us is as easy as can be from finding the product to finalising payment details. 

     You can browse products by category or brand from the menus to the left of our site. If you know which product you require already then you can just use the quick search at the top of each page. If you know what specifics you require then the advanced search may be very useful in order for you to find the perfect headphones.

     Once you have found the product you wish to buy, simply click add to my cart, or enter the desired quantity and then click add to my cart. Then you have the option to continue shopping or to checkout. Assuming you are now checking out, we go to the cart page where we can see delivery options and prices.  From the cart it is also possible to amend quantities on items in the basket, or to delete a line from the order completely. Once you are happy that everything in the basket area is correct click proceed to checkout. As you can see on the basket page all of our pricing online.

     In the checkout area it is always best t register as a new customer if you have not already done so. You can of course check out as a guest or login if you already have an account. Click continue to go to the billing address form, this is the address where your card that you will use, is registered. You will also have the option to deliver to this address to save time entering it again. Once you are through the delivery address section you get to choose your delivery method, the options available will depend on the value of your order and of course the country we are shipping to. Choose your delivery method and click continue.

     When checking out and paying by card you are first shown a full summary of your order with final shipping costs. For added security when it comes to payment. Your card details will be secured to the highest possible level and they will not be stored anywhere in our database, as we do not compromise on card security. We do have access to the last 4 digits of the card number which we may need to use as a reference should we require to process any refunds within Sagepay at a later date.

     Once you are happy that everything is complete, enter your card details to finalise the order. On completion you will be notified via email straight away. We will also send you a confirmation email and invoice once everything has been checked through and finalized by our customer service team. Your order is then sent to our warehouse and dispatched as soon as possible.
